Betting Action: Weekly Sports Recap & Updates

Top Sports Events for This Weekend – November 20 – November 21

College Football

In the game of the weekend, one team will be eliminated from College Football Playoff contention as the 7th-ranked Michigan State Spartans head to Columbus to take on the #4 Ohio State Buckeyes. Both teams have one loss on the season, and another loss will all but take them out of any chance to earn one of the four playoff spots. The loser of this game will also hurt their chances at a Big 10 title. As of now, if Ohio State wins, that will put them in a great position heading into next weekend’s tilt with Michigan. If the Spartans win, they’ll be in the driver’s seat in the Big 10 East heading into next week’s finale with the Penn State Nittany Lions.

Another game with playoff implications will see the #3 Oregon Ducks head to Salt Lake City to take on the Utah Utes. Utah is playing well, and Oregon knows that a loss will all but seal their fate in the race for a playoff spot. If Oregon can win this one, and then win the Pac 12 title game, they’ll more than likely hold one of the four playoff spots.

NBA Action

In the NBA, we’ll see a matchup of two of the top teams in the Eastern Conference on Saturday night. The Miami Heat have played well all season. They have one of the top defenses in the league, and they have improved on the offensive side of the ball with the acquisition of Kyle Lowry, and the improvement of Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo.

They’ll take on one of the surprise teams in the league in the Washington Wizards. Bradley Beal has been tremendous all season, and the Wizards have finally bought into playing defense. We’ll see if the Wizards can continue to play well all season, or if they’re just off to a hot start.

NFL

The top matchup on this week’s slate of games will feature two of the top offenses in the league matching up, as the Dallas Cowboys will head to Arrowhead Stadium to take on the resurgent Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs came up big in last week’s domination of the Las Vegas Raiders. Patrick Mahomes threw for over 400 yards with five touchdowns.

Speaking of domination, the Cowboys took it to the Atlanta Falcons last Sunday. Dak Prescott and the offense looked like they were back in sync. Zeke Elliott had a good day carrying the football, and all looked good in Jerry World after a disappointing loss to the Denver Broncos.

We should see a lot of points scored in this one, as the Chiefs defense is one of the worst units in the league. Dallas has a very good defense, but we just see this one turning into an offensive slug fest. This one should be a very fun game to watch.
