Betting Action: Weekly Sports Recap & Updates

Dallas Mavericks at Houston Rockets

Friday December 22nd, 2023
In the battle of Texas, Luka Doncic and the Mavericks get an upstart Houston Rockets team. The Rockets are hanging in the standings out of the West. They are doing most of their damage at home, where they have won 11 out of 12 games. Dallas is doing good work without the services of Kyrie Irving. Look for a thriller from the Lonestar State!

Illinois Fighting Illini at Missouri Tigers

Friday December 22nd, 2023
Big time College Basketball game in St. Louis. The Bragging Rights game, and this one will be played in St. Louis. The Illini are off to an 8-2 start, and ranked 13th in the country. Missouri is off to a slow start with 7 wins in 11 games. This game is always wild and crazy, and we expect this one to be no different.

Montreal Canadiens at Chicago Blackhawks

Friday December 22nd, 2023
Two storied franchises getting together in Chicago. The Blackhawks, despite having the top pick in the draft, are still the worst team in the NHL. Things have not gone well for the Blackhawks. They will get a Montreal team to town that is right around .500. The Canadiens are looking to make their way up the Atlantic Division, so a road win would go a long way towards that,

Buffalo Bills at Los Angeles Chargers

Saturday December 23rd, 2023
A huge game on Saturday between these two AFC teams. Well, it’s huge for Buffalo. The Bills are 8-6, but still losing tiebreakers for the final postseason spots. The Bills are looking for their third straight win, and will take on a Chargers team that is a mess. Los Angeles will feature their new head coach as they fired Brandon Staley. This is one of two NFL games on Saturday for Week 16 action.

Utah Utes vs. Northwestern Wildcats

Saturday December 23rd, 2023
College Football action from Las Vegas. It’’s the Pac-12 against the Big-10. The Utah Utes, who went to the Rose Bowl a season ago, against Northwestern, who many projected to not win a single game this season. Two well coached, highly disciplined teams going at it at Allegiant Stadium to wrap up Saturday of bowl games.

Milwaukee Bucks at New York Knicks

Saturday December 23rd, 2023
An early morning game from Madison Square Garden. This is actually the first of two between these two teams. They will meet up again on Christmas Day. This will feature the Greek Freak and his co-partner Dame against Jalen Brunson and his Knicks. Milwaukee is trailing Boston for the top spot in the East, but it’s close. Milwaukee will put their 5-5 road record on the line here.

Arizona Coyotes at Colorado Avalanche

Saturday December 23rd, 2023
Two Western Conference foes getting together in Denver. This is the final game for both teams before a slight break from game action for Christmas. The Coyotes have 34 points on the season, which is right at the 8th mark in the Western Conference. For Colorado, Dallas has tied them at the top of the divisional standings. The Avalanche have not played great hockey as of late, winning just 4 of their last 10.

Florida Atlantic Owls at Arizona Wildcats

Saturday December 23rd, 2023
The final game for both teams before Christmas. The Owls, who went to the Final Four a season ago are off to a 9-2 start. They have played some quality opponents to get them ready for AAC play. Arizona is ranked 4th in the country following their lone loss to Purdue. Look for a bunch of points to be scored in this one, as they are combining for over 175 points per game.

New England Patriots at Denver Broncos

Sunday December 24th, 2023
Christmas Eve from Denver. No where else the National Football League would rather be. Well, maybe not true, but it is the Patriots and the Broncos. Both teams are on the outside looking in for the postseason. The Patriots are dead, and if the Broncos do not win out, they are likely going to miss as well. Russell Wilson will look to throw some gifts to his fans the night before Christmas.

Baltimore Ravens at San Francisco 49ers

Monday December 25th, 2023
This is a battle of the top teams in the NFL. If the postseason started today, these two teams would have home field advantage in the AFC and NFC respectively. Christmas Day is going to feature three games, with this being the highlight of the day from the Bay Area. The NFL is projecting high ratings for this one!
