Friday, Dec. 25

College Basketball

Christmas Day is all about the Big Ten. #9 Wisconsin takes on #12 Michigan State, Maryland travels to Purdue, #19 Michigan heads to Lincoln to battle Nebraska, and Luka Garza and #4 Iowa goes against tough Minnesota.

Cramton Bowl – Marshall vs. Buffalo

Two of this college football season’s top unheralded teams hit the gridiron in the 2020 Cramton Bowl. 7-1 Marshall takes on 5-1 Buffalo in what should be an exciting game.

NBA Christmas Day

The National Basketball Association showcases its best on Christmas Day. This year’s five games are New Orleans at Miami, Golden State at Milwaukee, Brooklyn at Boston, Dallas at the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Los Angeles Clippers at the Denver Nuggets. Clippers – Nuggets is a rematch of the Western Conference Semifinal in the Orlando bubble.

NFL Week 16 – Vikings at Saints

The NFL gets into the holiday spirit when the Minnesota Vikings travel to the Big Easy to take on the New Orleans Saints. The Saints have lost two in a row, but Drew Brees is back. Will Brees lead New Orleans to a Week 16 win?

Saturday, Dec. 26

English Premier League Soccer

Leicester versus Man United and Chelsea against Arsenal highlight a great day of EPL action. Man City is also in action on Saturday. The Sky Blues host Newcastle.

College Basketball

Even though neither Kentucky nor Louisville is ranked, the inter-state throw down between the Wildcats and Cardinals projects as one of the best basketball games this weekend. Saturday’s top matchup is #1 Gonzaga versus #16 Virginia at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.

NCAAF Bowl Games

There are three bowls scheduled for Saturday: the ServePro First Responder Bowl, the Lending Tree Bowl, and the FBC Mortgage Cure Bowl. The Cure Bowl pits Liberty against undefeated #12 Coastal Carolina. The two were supposed to play earlier in the season. But BYU replaced Liberty after the Flames came up with a few coronavirus positives.

NFL Week 16

The National Football League has a triple-header on Saturday. Tom Brady and the Buccaneers head to Detroit to face off against Matthew Stafford and the Detroit Lions. The afternoon game has Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals hosting the San Francisco 49ers. In the night game, Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins hope to take another step towards the playoffs when they battle Derek Carr and the Raiders in Las Vegas.

Sunday, Dec. 27

English Premier League Soccer

Sunday’s top soccer match is Tottenham against Wolverhampton. EPL Standings leader Liverpool hosts West Brom a massive favorite. Will the Reds cover the -2 ½ handicap?

NBA

The Dallas Mavericks head to Hollywood to battle the Clippers in Sunday’s best game. Also check out the Boston Celtics taking on T.J. Warren and the Indiana Pacers. The National Basketball Association has 10 games on the first Sunday of the season!

NFL Week 16

NFL Week 16 continues on December 27 with the most important and best matchup happening on Sunday Night Football. Derrick Henry, Ryan Tannehill, and the rest of the 10-4 Tennessee Titans fly into Green Bay to take on the Aaron Rodgers and the 11-3 Green Bay Packers.

Top early games on Sunday include Falcons at Chiefs, the Pittsburgh Steelers hoping to end a 4-game losing streak when they host AFC South leading Indianapolis, and the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks in a duel for the NFC West division.
