Week 3 Action in the NFL

We’ve got a great slate of NFL games this weekend. In one of the many good games for the upcoming weekend, the Buffalo Bills will travel to Miami to take on their division rivals, the Dolphins. Both teams have gotten off to a great start. Miami owns a win over New England, and then a huge come-from-behind victory over Baltimore last weekend. The Bills dominated the Rams in Week 1, and then they destroyed Tennessee in Week 2. Josh Allen and Tua Tagovailoa have been impressive to start the season. This should be a great game.

Another game to watch will be the Kansas City Chiefs against the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts will host this one, as they’ll be looking to rebound from a horrible performance in a loss to Jacksonville. The Chiefs offense has looked great in its two victories over Arizona and the Los Angeles Chargers. We’ll see if the tough Colts defense can slow Patrick Mahomes down.

Two of the best quarterbacks in league history will square off on Sunday for possibly the final time, as the Green Bay Packers will head south to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With this more than likely being Tom Brady’s final season, this could be the last time that we see him square off against Aaron Rodgers. Neither quarterback has gotten off to a good start this season, so we’ll see what happens.

College Football

We have a few top-tier games in college football this weekend. The Ohio State Buckeyes will take on the Wisconsin Badgers in their Big 10 opener. Ohio State has one of the top offenses in the country, and the Wisconsin Badgers will have a hard time slowing it down. Wisconsin will look to grind out the clock and keep the OSU offense on the sidelines.

In an ACC battle, the Clemson Tigers will head to Winston-Salem to take on Wake Forest. The Demon Deacons haven’t beaten the Tigers in years, so they’re looking to break a long losing streak. The winner of this one has an inside track at a spot in the ACC title game.

The Arkansas Razorbacks and Texas A&M Aggies will meet in a key SEC matchup. The winner of this game will keep pace with Alabama, while the loser will have a hard time winning their division. Arkansas has the advantage, but Texas A&M has a very talented roster.

The Stretch Run in MLB

The series of the weekend will be between the Tampa Bay Rays and the Toronto Blue Jays. The Blue Jays are currently two games ahead of the Rays for second place in the American League East. While both of these teams will be wild card teams, the higher seed will be a huge advantage for one of the teams.
